Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

UK

 

Ellen Martin ships anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For on all orders, therefore a signature will be required. If you do not collect a missed delivery from the Post Office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to Ellen Martin, I reserve the right to charge for re-postage. 

 

The price for postage can be seen when you reach the checkout and select your country of destination.

 

International

 

Orders outside the UK will be sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Please bear in mind when ordering that shipping can take up to 7 working days if your destination country is within Europe and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ellen Martin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

NOTICE FOR EU CUSTOMERS:

I regret that I have had to suspended shipping to the EU due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) which came into force in December 2024. I am awaiting further updates from the European Commission and hope that there will be a workable solution going forward.
